COVID-19 Health and Safety Policy
Per City of Austin Code, Effective June 22, 2020
POLICY The virus that causes COVID-19 can spread to others by infected persons who have few or no symptoms. Because of the hidden nature of this threat, it is the policy of ASAHI IMPORTS to require the following:

Face covering REQUIRED
All persons over the age of 10, including employees, customers, visitors, delivery drivers, and contractors, who enter this business must wear a face covering over their NOSE and MOUTH. Homemade masks, scarves, bandanas, or handkerief are acceptable.
The requirement of a face covering does not apply if covering the nose and mouth poses a greater mental or physical health, safety, or security risk. Anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to wear and remove the cover without assistance may be exempt.
**If you do not have a face covering we will gladly provide you with one, please ask! If you are unable to wear a mask due to underlying health issues, we will gladly help you with a curbside order.

Social distancing protocols to be upheld
Even with the use of appropriate face coverings, individuals should maintain 6 feet of physical distance whenever possible.
a) Employees should not work within 6 feet of one another, except to the extent necessary to provide services,
b) Patrons should maintain 6 feet of separation from other individuals outside of their party to the extent feasible when inside business premises,
c) Patrons queuing or waiting inside or on the premise must maintain 6 feet of separation from other individuals outside of their party.

Violations enforced
Patrons who refuse to wear a face covering will be asked to leave and may not be provided goods or services until the face covering requirements are met.

基本方針とお客様へのお願い
新型コロナウイルスは無症状の感染者も他の人にウイルスを感染させる可能性が極めて高いことが明らかになってきました。この特性をふまえつつ以下の事を皆様にご理解、ご協力いただき、安全に “あさひ”でのお買い物をして頂きたく存じます。

マスクの着用をお願いいたします
10歳以上の方ならばどなたも、従業員をはじめ、お客様、配達員、及び業者の方々は、入店時に必ずマスクをして口と鼻をカバーしてください。手作りのマスクは勿論、スカーフ、バンダナやハンカチーフ等でもO K です。
但し、マスクをする事で重大な精神的または肉体的苦痛および安全面での問題の生じる恐れのある方、呼吸障害、意識の無い方、重い障害のある人、又はご自身でのマスクの着脱が困難な方に関しては上記の限りではありません。
＊また、マスクの持ち合わせのない方は、こちらでご用意致しますのでご遠慮なくスタッフまでお申し付けください＊

引き続きソーシャルディスタンスを保つよう心がけてください
マスクを着用されている時でも、できる限り、他の方々との距離を6フィート開けるようお願いいたします。
- 従業員は必要とされるサービスを行なう場合を除いて、６フィートの距離をお互いに保ちます。
- お客さまには 店内での他のお客様、もしくはグループの方々との距離を６フィート保つよう、お願いいたします。
- 店内および店外でお客様がお待ちになっている間も、他のお客様およびグループの方々との距離を６フィート保つようお願いいたします。

違反行為について
マスク着用についてのご理解ご協力をいただけないお客さまに関しましては、店内への立ち入りおよびお買い物をご遠慮頂く場合がある事を悪しからずご了承ください。
