Thank you for shopping at Asahi Imports! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly issue you a refund. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason whatsoever, we offer returns for non-perishable items in its original condition for a full refund within 120 days of purchase. Fresh, perishable goods are returnable within 15 days after purchase. Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card, or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 business days for us to process the refund.
- Store credit may be issued if the original payment method is not an available choice.
- We prefer to have a receipt for a more accurate return. However if a receipt is not available and we are not able to trace your transaction, store credit may be issued in the form of a Asahi Imports gift card.
- Except as otherwise stated in this policy, gift cards sold at Asahi Imports cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
- We will gladly accept non-perishable items if they are in their original packaging and the item is not used. We reserve the right to accept or deny the return depending on the condition of the item.
- If the item is slightly damaged or part of the packaging is missing then store credit may be issued instead of a full refund.
- Red-tag and sale items are all final sale therefore are not applicable for refunds.
- Alcohol is returnable if it is in its original condition, unopened and completely sealed. We are unable to accept returns on alcohol that has been opened.
- All perishable items, with the exception of alcohol, may be returned for store credit only, even if it has been consumed within 15 days of purchase.
- All non-perishable items may be exchanged within 120 days if it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- All perishable items may be exchanged within 15 days if they are unopened and in their original condition.
